"Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. "The staff on arrival were polite, friendly, quick and efficient. When we got to the room it was lovely, spotlessly clean and full of little touches to give you that treehouse feel, the whole hotel had a lovely relaxed feeling and you are literally just a few minutes walk from wherever you want to be. "In a great central location by the trams and shops. Our room was lovely, and very comfy, but I found it strange that there was no mini fridge!! Also in the bathroom, there were no glasses and the sink didn't allow you to fill it up with water - just running water?? Not exactly deal breakers, but strange."
