"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

Bathroom now not shower caps I asked housekeeper who said No all changed you get nothing now But you can buy from downstairs I would rather go somewhere who appreciates our business. The reason we return is because of Matthew but now we know he has moved to Euston branch we will possibly look at alternatives Such as intercontinental I believe you might lose a lot of regulars due to Matthew going Breakfast...

"Clean accommodation and convenient location. We arrived 15 mins early and had to wait till exactly 3pm before unlocking - so worth bearing this in mind. The rooms were a good size and having a garden that had direct access to a little kids play park was great for our 4 year old. Bus stops outside make it convenient for getting around. "Never again , felt so unsafe , listing said it was 0.3 to emirates but actually 7.7 miles from the emirates , doors not safe , wardrobe all leaning against side wall , bed held up with 3x2 and creaky has hell , there was a fan that when i turned it on it fell apart and cover started going round as well as the fan blade , dodgey lamp , neighbours arguing ,ppl walking in and walking round late ,, gangs outside staring when we arrived , then to top it off we both been bitten by something ,, all il...

"Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...
