"Excellent hotel and I will definitely be staying there again. All the staff were helpful. The receptionists were really welcoming and helpful particularly Karen and Claire. We Used room service and had a really polite and helpful young man called Kallum who was patient with me when I got a bit flustered. Also Simone was a happy cheerful face in the morning, she made you feel like you were a regular by greeting you so warmly. The facilities were excellent, everywhere was clean and the room we had was lovely. Nice clean bathroom and really comfortable beds. The hotel definitely deserves the 5 stars and I highly recommend it."

"Just one small disappointment - we were looking forward to spending the end of our last evening in the bar. Closing time of 10:30 was on the paperwork given to us at check-in but bar actually shut at 09:50. There were other customers there so not sure of the reason."

"Our stay here was excellent in every respect. All the important things (room, shower, breakfast) were brilliant and worked as they should. The hotel is clean and not in any way tired. The staff are incredibly friendly and the value for the cost of the room exceptional. The owner works super hard as one of the active staff which definitely contributes to the overall way this hotel works so well. We only stayed the one night but would happily go back for another stay in such a lovely relaxing and friendly environment. "

"The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, although the room was small, and if you ended up stuck inside, you’d quickly become claustrophobic. Likewise, the picture used to advertise the hotel is not a picture of any public or restaurant space in the hotel building, but a picture of the pub/restaurant 150 feet away. There is no public space you can hang out in within the hotel building. The price could not be beat, however. The fan for the bathroom was totally ineffective and made the entire room very humid. The bathroom was adapted to be accessible, but that also made it difficult to climb in the elevated tub. And I found it interesting that while you certainly could get a wheelchair in the bathroom, there was nowhere else in the bedroom one could maneuver. There’s also a lack of space to stow belongings, especially for more than one person. The breakfast is very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location means you can walk to several restaurants and cafes, and a bus stop in Festival Leisure. "

"First I never got an email giving me the code to get in. I had to call to get it. Then it was hard to unlock the door to get in. Then we couldn’t ever lock the door from the outside. We struggled to lock from the inside. The bathroom was moldy. There was food in the fridge that wasn’t ours. My friend fell outside the flat because there is a step but the outside light wasn’t working. "
