"For almost £250 a night, the value of the room (Grand double room which was the most expensive room in the hotel) was absimal. All the necessary amenities were absent from the bathroom - no cotton pads, no cotton buds, no shower cap, no soap bar. Hair dryer was spoilt, I was using it half way to blow dry my hair and sparks came out of the device, and there was no hot air, so I had to dry my hair on the cold setting. Only 1 bottle of Water (for 2 people!) per room on check in. After that it's £3.50 per bottle. The fridge in the Grand double room wasn't working either, to the extent, our milk drink became lumpy because it wasn't cold. Breakfast was not great. Burnt sausages and terrible coffee from the machine. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because of the proximity to our seminar at Windsor leisure center, otherwise, we would have stayed somewhere else. For the price we paid, many things could have been better."

"The window in the bedroom did not shut fully which meant the sound of the planes landing at Heathrow were particularly noisy. We had been moved down from floor 2 to 1, which unfortunately also meant our view was just the side of a building and the heating systems on the flat roof. Good location, nice amenities, but the room itself did not provide the best night’s sleep I’ve had."

"Amazing property, great access to train station, eateries, Windsor castle and everything Windsor has to offer. Rooms were a great size with good amenities. No lift but the stairs were not a problem even on the top floor."

"This beautiful hotel was well kept and staffed by caring folks. Our premium double room was clean, quiet and large. We had a wonderful sleep and a full breakfast the next morning. The parking was definitely worth the reservation. All in all a perfect stay in a lovely area! Would recommend!"

"We booked a 2 bed apartment. One room had a single bed. However we’re truly delighted to have an upgrade to a huge and spacious 2 double bed (and en-suite). And a balcony ! It was a wonderful break- right in centre of Windsor and 5 mins to Castle. Parking on site. Secure also. Requested a slightly later check out which was granted too and could leave car parked until we left (car park next door was £7 per hr so this was also appreciated). Host super helpful and efficient. "
