"Lovel hotel in a convenient central location with cool modern decor and good cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pillows in the room weren't to my preference but their pillow menu service was great and a lovely little touch."

"Fabulous apartment, roomy with a separate lounge, well equipped kitchen. Great to have access to laundry. Reception staff were excellent with recommendations on everything from nearby supermarkets, sites to see and restaurants to eat at. Location is superb, short walk to central Madrid. I would stay again without hesitation."

"we discovered numerous bloodstains on various items in the room, including the bedsheets, pillowcases, pillow inserts, bath towels, hand towels, blankets, and even the bathroom floor mat. ​This discovery has been deeply distressing and has caused us significant emotional trauma. Beyond the immediate shock, we are gravely concerned about the potential health risks. If these bloodstains carry any infectious diseases, it poses a direct threat to our well-being."

"The location was perfect close to the Royal Palace, restaurants and grocery store. Check in was fast and the staff were very helpful and friendly. But the room was very small like a shoe box. Only 2 beds and 2 chairs with a long desk and 2 large closets. No room to sit and watch tv properly. We stayed for 3 nights. There was a fridge and cooking surface but no utensils,pots pans. I would recommend this for a student wanting a bed for a night."

"Hotel Francisco I is such a chic and beautifully decorated hotel. The location was phenomenal — you can walk almost anywhere. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was superb. The Filipino staff were especially warm and friendly, and they really took great care of us throughout our stay."
