"Great staff, location and amenities"

"Great location, Helpful & nice Staff, Bar open 24/7 - Clean rooms on arrival, but cleaners not great during the stay. The shower was the biggest disappointment, not enough pressure and Temperamental temperature. The breakfast menu is quite poor with vegetarian options, for example the vegan breakfast was full of fake meat products rather than veg and plant based ingredients. lots of local Cafes"

"Great location close to Stratford marina and the town centre. Plenty of parking. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean."

"Although in an older building, it is obvious the owners have made an effort to keep the rooms updated. Well decorated and appointed large room with large en suite. bath. Friendly service at check-in and at breakfast."

"Not stopped in a YHA before but this was lovely. 3 bedded room to ourselves with private bathroom. Lovely old building with very helpful staff. Very close to everything in Stratford upon Avon would definitely stop again when visiting our friends in Tiddington. If you're a first timer like us please be aware.. no towels, TV or drink facilities in the room."

"There is no one to check you in or ask questions to until after 5 pm or so. The front desk isn't staffed in the morning but I finally found someone cleaning a room the following morning. He told me they would not store my small but somewhat heavy bag for pick-up after 5 pm when a front desk person would be there. I said I didn't mind waiting until 5 pm to come back for the bag. He then changed their excuse for refusing to hold the bag to "we can't be responsible for it". I wasn't asking them...

"Beautiful hotel, lovely clean rooms very close to the RSC. Has on site car charging. Downside was how far away our room was from reception, and upstairs. The darkness in the grounds through the garden towards town wasn’t pleasant, we used our phone torches."

"Great location, potential to be a beautiful hotel, but needs some tlc. The room was dirty, dirty toilet, headboard had stains all over it, stains on the sheets. No Iron, ironing board or even a hairdryer in the room. Not suitable for disabled people, steps outside the property, stairs everywhere, no lift. The lady on reception was very lovely and very helpful."

"A beautiful spot and a lovely old mill building that has been renovated very well indeed. Rooms are very nicely decorated and appointed, with comfy beds and pillows."
