"Ce fut une première expérience dans cette chaîne d’hôtel pour nous et celle à l’Hôtel du Vin de Stratford upon Avon fut très réussie. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec des attentions portées pour que notre séjour soit le plus confortable possible. Nous étions en demi-pension (déjeuners et soupers); le restaurant offre une excellente qualité avec des plats bien soignés. Le service fut absolument impeccable du début à la fin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les jeunes femmes à la réception, pleines de ressources pour nous aider et conseiller et toute l’équipe de la salle à manger. Formidable expérience !"

"Perfect location to walk to most of the tourist sites in Stratford. Staff was absolutely the best from start to finish. Having on site parking available was a huge plus! "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel situated in the middle of Stratford upon Avon literally a minute walk to Shakespeare’s birth place home. The staff are so helpful and nice. We arrived late yet still able to grab dinner in the restaurant at 9pm. The food here is outstanding. Breakfast included also on point. Truly we didn’t have anything negative to say about our stay. "We had a 2 day stay ,the 1st night we stayed in a very tied ground floor room overlooking the car park which we were not happy about , I saw Sarah at reception who was so accommodating and upgraded us to an amazing room on the 2nd floor which made our stay so much more comfortable with fantastic views of the gardens and golf corse !! we were so chuffed and would definitely come back to the hotel as the staff were lovely and the food was good..hands up to Sarah who made our stay perfect!! 5* for the second night "

"The location is great - next to the river, canal and shops/eateries in the centre. We didn't eat at the hotel we stayed at and only used the bar one day of our three night stay. That day, we moved on as the beer cooler temporarily broke but planned to finish the night there, getting back about 2240 for a last drink. A male member of staff brusquely told us they were closed. I said we were staying and asked what time they were closing the following night so we could plan. They then told me they had closed early as it was not busy which I would understand for a pub in the middle of nowhere but not in the middle of Stratford where there are people moving from place to place. They sold us a drink to take to our room in the end but there were four of us (70th birthday - Mom, Dad, son and daughter in law across 2 rooms) and it would have been nice to know there is a variable closing time beforehand. Last negative was the housekeeping. The coffee etc top ups were bizarrely inconsistent but more importantly the area rhat housed them was dirty. There was a good amount of dried on old sugar welded to the holder and the spoons were properly rank with what looked like dried on powdered milk stuck to them from the off. Rank is definitely the word! Overall we had a nice stay though. The beds were comfy and blackout curtains a nice touch. Some of the staff were friendly and it is decent as a base bearing in mind there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink."
