"The location for visiting Liverpool was brilliant with the iconic 'Ferry cross the Mersey' just a 10 minute walk away as well as regular and frequent buses to other parts of the Wirral. We had a great view from our room over the Mersey to Liverpool. Our room was really comfortable, breakfast freshly cooked and delicious. Dave and his lovely Mum went out of their way to make us welcome with excellent advice about where to go and how to get there. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend...

"Staff were amazing, room was not, problem with toilet and no aircon. The staff were so friendly and helpful moving us to a different room but overall experience not great, didn’t sleep well."

"4* price, 2* service. We stayed at the Leonardo for 2 nights for a family weekend away. There were various aspects about the stay that were distinctly average, and in particulat the customer service was somewhere between poor and rude. The location is good, rooms were good, breakfast was good, but the service was comparable to a 2* hotel which also exist in the area at lower prices. If I was booking again, I would use one of those and I would recommend others to consider the Premier Inn...
