"Room was spacious and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have both a bath and shower in the room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel had good facilities including a gym and a restaurant/ bar. Very good location, only a few minutes from the tube and very near Tower Bridge, however was not too loud or busy. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Stayed for 10 days in May. Clean modern tastefully furnished hotel. Very nice exterior, which is usually a good sign of the interior. Excellent stay, excellent service, nothing to complain about. The bathroom did not have an outlet. Doing your hair next to a sleeping person isn't optimal. The only outlet with a mirror is beside the bed. The shower taps should have indicators showing how to use them. I almost slipped out...

"Fijn hotel op een fijne locatie. Dicht in de buurt van zowel bussen als metro's. Ik had een kamer zonder ramen en deze werd aardig warm, zeker omdat de airco stopt wanneer je de kamer verlaat. De kamer was klein, maar fijn (zeker als je alleen reist) en is voorzien van een nette badkamer met zeep. Het enige wat ik miste in de kamer was een waterkoker."

"Not a fan of the fee for early check in, staff was kinda rude everytime I spoke to them, cafe closed early even though it was like a food restaurant as well so not really accessible, vending machine inside was SO expensive & hotel located in not the greatest area to go out in at night. "The location is great. The hotel is kept and maintained brilliantly. Sadly, my stay and sleep was ruined by some very loud drilling and banging in the very earlier hours of Saturday morning. When I told the staff about this all they said was that they would look into and walked off. Overall, brilliant hotel. Just a terrible experience which I hope is a one off."

"Beautiful hotel. Amazing stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options including fresh honeycomb from their beehives and fresh peanut butter maker! Rooms a bit small but very nice and very clean. Lobby is absolutely gorgeous! Location is excellent, close to many main attractions and underground around the block. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it!"
