My only two complaints are not enough parking, so if you find a spot, try not to leave and the walls are thin. You hear people stomping and dropping stuff upstairs, people in and out slamming their room doors all night long"

"We booked this motel mainly because we have kids and they wanted to swim in the pool. The pool was not filled up and when we asked about it the staff said they didn't know when it would be filled up. Was a real bummer for my kids. Probably won't be back there or recommend"

"The website indicated that they had a pool but at check-in I was told that they remodeled the previous year and the pool was removed. We would not have stayed and paid a premium price for the hotel room if we knew ahead of time that there was no pool. The desk clerk did not provide extra blankets when requested. The clerk provided sheets and tried to tell me that they were blankets. We will not stay at this hotel again."

"Was great having a full kitchen except my room didn’t have an ice maker and hotel didn’t have an ice machine had to go out to but ice"

"The woman at the front desk was possibly clinically insane. My room was not cleaned properly. There was hair everywhere and grease all over the kitchen. The keys to both the building and the room were not working properly. I was unable to stay because of the filth. I was assured I would be refunded and I was not."

"Nice clean room, everything was in pristine order. Parking is free and safe location. Everything you need is walking distance with Bob Evans Restaurant across the parking lot. Shopping Center across the street and Costco as well. So many restaurants on Mayfield Rd to choose from. Hotel was safe and secure, the only downside was the Marijuana smokers, the hotel has a policy of no smoking whatsoever, but these people didn't care.
