The room, while small, was clean and comfortable, and the air con worked amazingly well, even when it was 34° outside. Very friendly staff, who were always keen to assist. The hotel was 25 minutes walk from Akhibara, but the walk was a good way to see Tokyo (as Google maps took us 3 different ways on 3 different days!) Great city, and a great hotel to stay in while you're there.

We had good stay for 2 nights at this hotel. Very spacious for a budget option, and the luggage space underneath the bed is so game-changing! Next to a subway station, and very close to Asakusa Line to allow straightforward access to/from Haneda Airport. Minor negatives that it lacks, such as Laundry facility or Smoking room, but our overall stay was not impacted at all by it, as the staffs were very kind in informing us of the options to overcome the above

This property is very conveniently located near the subway stations and the restaurant on the ground floor is also very nice. The area is calm and I felt safe navigating through - would definitely recommend and would consider staying again.
