"Cleaning crew was fantastic!!! Our room was cleaned everyday. The front desk was always helpful and friendly, and got us checked in a little early upon our arrival, which was really nice after 24hrs of travel. The daily breakfast was a highlight for sure.
The only thing I was disappointed in were the gym hours they don’t open until 7am so makes it hard to get a workout in if you want before catching early trains, tour buses, etc…….Also I was unaware it wasn’t included for being a hotel...

"He cleaning staff was exceptional. Our room was always nice when we arrived back from our adventures.
I wouldn’t recommend booking the ride service through the hotel. Taxi service is only 55 euro from the airport. We had a series of mis-steps with the service being nearly an hour late, we just hoped easily in a cab and we were off to the hotel."

"We stayed in a Classic room, which the hotel tells you is a separate entrance. What the hotel neglected to mention was the separate entrance is down outside stairs through a room, up a few steps, through an outdoor courtyard, down a couple more steps and down a small hall to an elevator. That would have been helpful information when choosing a room.
Choose your room carefully.
Staff is friendly and helpful."

"El descuido en el aseo de las habitaciones, un día el cesto de la basura que estaba rebosante no lo vaciaron y dejaron sobre un mueble un envase de limpiador, otro día, siendo que éramos una pareja solo nos dejaron una toalla de baño y tuvimos que llamar dos veces al servicio de ama de llaves para que llevaran la faltante después de un buen rato."

"Fantastic!
Also very close to the Metro station (Metro Line B) so getting into the main city of Rome is very easy. I visited all the popular places without any issues.
If I ever visit Rome again. I’m definitely going to stay in this hotel again.
I thought I had booked with breakfast though when I booked on Expedia. Unfortunately I was told I had not booked breakfast so I paid for it while checking out. Nonetheless, great breakfast and supper.
I just hope they get more gym equipment in...
