"So, I would give this place a solid 4.5. The bad - The fact there are no TV’s in the solo rooms just seems cheap. Televisions cost nothing these days. Also, the transportation to the airport is so overpriced it’s crazy lol. I payed 18 euros to go to the airport at 4am and there’s was 48 euros. The good - Everything else, the employees, the gym, the common areas, the rooms besides the lack of a television, and the area around."

"It was nice and clean. Front desk spoke English which helped being from US. The housekeeping intervals were unclear so we never were cleaned in 6 days but we didn't specifically ask so no harm no foul. They did give us towels and TP at front when asked. Halls were quiet and the ac was great. The location for a first visit to Madrid was awesome. A mall and train across the street, fast Uber service and Temple and Palace a reasonable walk. "Great, clean, comfortable modern hotel with courteous staff. The only issue, it said 8 minute walk to calle de alcala which was a bit misleading as it was 15-20 mn by car to central madrid. I am not sure if I am the one who misunderstood but there was not much to do near the hotel. Otherwise excellent!"

"The hotel is very centrally located, within easy walking distance of the Cibeles Fountain, Puerta del Sol and the El Corte Inglés department stores. The air conditioning was excellent and worked very efficiently, which was greatly appreciated on hot days. The front desk staff provided outstanding service, particularly Fabio, who was especially helpful and professional. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay."
