"So the three stars are solely for the staff and good AC which is hard to come by, but in terms of the property - the high reviews are very misleading. My first room that I was given had no windows, a clogged sink, a broken shower head and the best part…an enormous image of a creepy doll as artwork over the closet staring at the bed. I did not book a room that had no windows or even atrium facing, but warning if you are choosing one of those rooms they are totally not worth the price at all you...

"Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel."

"Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Exquisite hotel. Room and bathroom sizes were spacious, staff were very helpful, and cleanliness was impeccable. "Expedia was a nightmare to deal with on this honeymoon trip. Our plans were disrupted by flight cancellations, which is understandable, but the Expedia Rep said we would receive a refund for the two nights that we were stranded. After we were charged the full amount, Expedia was nowhere to be found. We’ll never use them again!!"
