"Yes the place needs a lot of tlc however my room was spacious and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Parking was great. Breakfast, I wasnt expecting much, but it was actually very good and tasty. Shame the hotel is closing next week. But if it weren't, I would definitely stay again."

"Location is convenient to sleep before early flights from Gatwick. Other amenities need updating: there is no kettle in the room so if you need a cup of hot water, it's going to be a journey. Air is very dry in the room because air con system has to work permanently. Finally, shower place in a bathroom is strange. Its not a shower cabin with doors, just same floor, in my room it was badly clogged,so water didn't go down but covering all the floor and I had to drop towel into the gap under...
