Right in the middle of the town so it is a very good location, but can get quite loud at night. Had to have the windows open because it was a warm night so I could hear noises and sirens outside. "A gem! Check in smooth and speedy. The receptionist was lovely and polite. Beds are so comfy, clean rooms, fabulous shower and tea, coffee etc all in the room (we also had a fridge and microwave). Only downside is that it doesn't have double glazing, so it was a little noisy (forgot to take earbuds)."

"The Thames Head Inn is a great gem. It's about a 1 mile walk from the Kemble train station, I walked alongside the road since taxi service is scarce and had no problems. There aren't any other businesses nearby, so I ate dinner there as well (delicious) and paid for breakfast the next morning (also delicious).
