"The Zenza Hotel was absolutely amazing. It overlooks the marina which was nice. The staff was top notch and very friendly giving great recommendations on dining and activities. When I visit Turks again there’s no question where I’m staying."

"Accommodations were immaculate. Response from hotel was fast and accurate. Hotel is right on the beach. Amenities plentiful and super comfortable.Great stay! One small downside, it's about 10 min from town but there isn't much to do there except to visit Ana's Art Gallery store. Bought a gorgeous vase there (with only their word) that they shipped free. Arrived in a little over a week! Loved Turks and Caicos!"

"Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."

"West bay club is a good value but you’re not getting an all-inclusive resort so factor in renting a car and cost of eating offsite as the dining options on resort are extremely limited. Elevator was out of service for 5 of our 7 days with no alternative option given which wasn’t terrible for us but inconvenient when leaving. Staff was outstanding and service was top notch. "

"We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5, kids ages 9, 12, and 14. The property itself is beautiful and the grounds immaculate. My only complaint is that the pool got a little murky, but I’m sure that is hard to combat with all of the kids in and out. I did see them treating it in the morning. "Spacious boathouses with great patio and terrace views. Very clean. Our boathouse had a few issues with the patio door lock and dryer not working which could not be fixed during our stay. Staff offered to move us but we decided shifting was not worth the effort. Dining is limited to 1 restaurant and the breakfast menu gets boring. Beach services are only towel and umbrella, no dining or drinks available. There is construction going on in the property but it is well managed snd not disturbing."

"Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! "
