"This was truly the best place I stayed in a while. From the moment you ent r you feel seen and respected. Rooms nice with every thing you could possibly need from umbrellas to plug adapters. Hue greeted us every day with a smile. Offered to take our pictures. Came home every afternoon to a freshly cleaned apartment. As much coffee and water as you like. Just a wonderful experience. "

"Clean and modern, great views. Rooms are spacious but starting to show age with things like peeling paint and worn carpets. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Room service menus are extremely limited, breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about."

Proximity to London Bridge Station meant London was very easily accessible by Underground. Location by Tower Bridge is ideal for walks along the river to see the sights. "A trip with my 11 year old, they made us both feel very welcome provide mini dressing gown, slippers, shower kit, colouring books and crayons and loads of snacks for my soon. Just really top notch service all round. Really enjoyed our stay there."

"Really nice hotel in an extremely convenient location opposite Liverpool Street Station. Only stayed one night, so didn’t have a chance to use the pool or the restaurant. However, the room was great, staff were really friendly and the bar was good. They provided a free bottle of wine in the room, plus two bottles of water and all the usual tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom was really well appointed. Bed very comfortable. Will definitely use this hotel again when I need to overnight in...

"The Counting house was in a great location. We were in walking distance of many markets, sights and transportation. Our room was clean and the heat and air worked well. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room with a set menu and/or buffet station. Coffee and tea maker in room with a small fridge. Ate in pub twice and food was good. There is a small lift, two people two suitcases size. And depending on your room, a couple of stairs in between the lift and room....

"Thr location of this hotel is fantastic. Steps from major attractions and the Underground. The extra space and a kitchen was very nice. We experienced a similar issue as others. No sheets or covers for the pullout bed. We spent almost an hour chatting with the host to find some only to be allowed to grab some from another room. We also had some issues with cleanliness. The drain in the shower was pulled out and full of hair. The dish rack was dirty, etc. Just made you question the...
