"The property is nice and in a great location. About 20 minute drive to downtown and to palm island. Close walk to the marina. The only negative is the gym doesn’t have much to offer."

"A Wonderful 2 night stay in a suite overlooking Burj Khalifa. Large and roomy, very comfortable bed and the blackout curtains were amazing. The 10 minute covered walkway to get to Dubai Mall is perfect, to beat the August heat. We did get Half Board. Breakfast was excellent. Lunch options were a bit confusing as very limited. We had a sunset cruise so didnt utilise the Dinner option. Unfortunately the reason we picked this particular hotel was the pool area and view, but it was under construction. This should have been advised on the website. We had access to the Residents Pool instead but it was crazy windy, so we weren't able to stay for long. Umbrellas were being blown over. But the staff are friendly, professional and very helpful."

"Staff are brilliant, room was not as good as previous years but ok. Shower was poor this time, taps looked as though they needed attention. Issue one day with waterfall masonry where a chunk of stone fell into the pool from the top of the waterfall, thankfully missed swimmers. Was left all day and then repaired overnight. Overall a good place to stay. "
