"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."

Also, take the time to check out the nearby Farmington Valley Arts Center gallery and artists studios. If you're a coffee aficionado, check out the Coffee Trade where they roast their own beans!"

"Not at all like the picture. Room and lobby is smelly. Front desk told me shuttle arrived in 5 mins but ending up took me 1 hour from airport to the hotel including 25 mins waiting. Blanket has multiple holes. My room was not accessible to elevator. "
