"I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. The rooms are modern, clean and staff was friendly. Check in was seamless. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the noisy neighbors on the floor I stayed which was 3rd floor. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. I’d definitely return"

"I enjoyed my stay at the Dutch Motel. The staff was friendly and cleaned daily, the air conditioning worked and so did their heater options. Parking wasn't bad but you did have first come first serve, so I had a few nights of parking away from my room. It was ideally a nice stay for the time I was there!"

"The kitchen only had 1 fork, 1 spoon and 2 knife’s. Only 1 drinking glass. There were plenty of throw away coffee cups that we used for most everything. I’m sure if I had called the front desk they would have brought up whatever we needed. There should be 2 of all dishes and flatware since there was two of us in the room. All in all it was very good. Will stay there again. "

"Would absolutely stay at the Ayres in Moreno Valley again. I had a 3-day conference at the Riverside Convention Center and booked late, so had to find a hotel in Moreno Valley. Aside from a few small details that weren’t “dealbreakers” (a loose toilet seat and light switch plate, a slightly-clogged sink), everything was great. The overall condition of the hotel and room was great. Loved the high ceiling in the room. The quietness of the hotel, the cleanliness. The friendly and attentive staff....
