The cleanliness was also disappointing, as the room did not feel properly cleaned. Overall, the experience was very uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

A/C was not adequate in cooling room sufficiently, it was end of July 2026 in London, the temperatures were high. Car park onsite was excellent, although pricey. Staff were friendly. Gym was small and also had a moldy smell."
