"Waren jetzt schon öfters dort. Saubere Zimmer, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück ausreichend. Gibt allerdings nichts aus Vollkorn. Nur leider hatten wir dieses Mal 2 ZIMMER Big Ben View in zwei verschiedene Stockwerke. Super Zentrale Lage. Underground in Fussnähe. Westminster oder Waterloo. Man kommt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten auch sehr gut zu Fuß überall hin."

Called down again. It had a kitchenette, dish soap also empty. I was excited about the opportunity to do laundry however no laundry soap. Staff is a bit standoffish — we arrived early and instead of being welcoming they let us know we were early and were a bit militant in what we could do and where to leave our luggage. As our first intro to London it wasn’t great, but the rooms were really very nice. "

But this third time was pretty good once I'd managed to check in (they weren't having an early check-in, beyond giving me an accessible room which I didn't need or something in the basement), but I was pretty happy with where they finally put me as it was very quiet and I slept well. "The room was okay had all Basics necessities . The bed however was as hard as a brick and because I was the ground floor I had a door as my window and the blind wouldn’t pull down so I had light always shining in my room plus the police presence was horrendous always blue lights outside my door/window and people loitering around where if there wasn’t a blurred glass would be looking straight int my room. Staff were lovely pleasant but wouldn’t stay again due to uncomfortableness of the beds...
