"Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer, was auch zu empfehlen ist, da es sonst eng werden könnte. Das Badezimmer war tatsächlich ziemlich klein, hat aber gut ausgereicht. Das Personal stand rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung und hat vor allem beim Frühstück und Essen generell sehr schnell geholfen und war wirklich sehr nett. Es ist kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern a la carte. Die Auswahl war aber reichlich und uns hat es sehr gefallen. "

"Lovely room (premier room) except pillows were foam and the foam was lumpy but worst of all was the noise from i think the heating. We turned the air con off so it wasn't that but whatever it was it ruined our sleep (only there one night so didn't ask for a room change). Location is great, staff very helpful, nice touches in the room such as chocolate, crisps pepsi, dressing gown and slippers. Dove branded toiletries which were lovely. Would definitely stay here again providing i had a quiet...

"First time in London, we wanted to stay somewhere nice and close to the sites by walking, but also gave us a chance to explore the more laid back areas. This had a good location, great service, very helpful staff, very fancy room and clean comfortable bed. Thought about staying longer, I'd definitely stay again."
