"We had the best stay here for my birthday ! The room was beautiful and the breakfast was outstanding, a little further out than we normally stay but well worth the extra few minutes walk"

"We 100% recommend the Grays Boutique B&B, as our stay here was truly delightful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable with adequate pillows and additional blankets in the cupboard (as well as a fan and slippers). The bathroom was equipped with a shower, and provided body wash, shampoo, hand soap, all the towels you need, shower cap, flannels and dressing gowns. "Absolutely wonderful! We loved our host and appreciate his helpfulness and conversation!"

"Really lovely stay - friendly staff in a small pub in Combe Down open for evening meals during the week, and open for lunch onwards at the weekend. We had a lovely welcome, preordered breakfast for the next morning which was really delicious, and was shown to our room upstairs. A lovely view of the white horse in the distance and a comfy bed, with lovely furnishings. We would stay again."

"Chris was een goede gastheer. Sprak vol over Bath en gaf veel nuttige tips. Super attent dat we een herinnering kregen over het verschuiven van de tijd."

"Classic and whimsical at the same time. So tastefully done. Spacious and clean. Helpful staff. Even have a self service bar in the common area"

"Beautiful guest house and great location. About a 10 minute walk to town centre, parking available was a great asset. Room was large and decorated to a high standard. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast plentiful and a good range of options to suit all tastes. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend Leighton House to friends and family."

"Everything perfect! I like the candy’s !"

"Great Location but a bit tired and the oven was faulty which made cooking impossible. The fridge/ Freezer was in need of defrosting. Communal washing machine hard to find. Needed a deep clean. Great location saved it."

"Excellent hotel, perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Amazingly friendly staff."

"Our stay was perfect. The room was so spacious and beautiful also well located. The details were so well executed- loved the little cookies and how everything you could need was there!!"
