"I stayed here for one night while visiting London and had a great experience. The location in Soho is excellent – very central, with many attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transport all within easy walking distance.
As this is a capsule hotel, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I found my way around immediately. The hotel itself is very new (I believe it has been open for less than a year), and everything felt modern and well maintained.
The staff were friendly and welcoming....

"The LOCATION was excellent, right by the River Walk, boats, The Eye and restaurants. Easy walking to Westminster Abbey and nice shopping. A cab could be called by the hotel outside the door. The bed was comfortable, our view was good and the separate living room was nice. For women, the light in the bathroom was not good. The buffet breakfast was good, but pricey. The dinner was just okay."

"Well located hotel right beside Tower Bridge and 10mins from Tower Hill tube station.
It was a nice hotel overall and didn't have anything to complain about. Only issue was, was the lack of aircon. We asked for a portable fan which did help but it still was very warm in the room."

"My daughter and I had an amazing stay at Chelsea Harbour Hotel during our Wimbledon trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and took great care of us throughout our visit.
The hotel itself was excellent, and having access to the pool and gym was a wonderful bonus after long days at Wimbledon. We also used the in-room dining service several times, and every meal was delicious, fresh, and arrived promptly.

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious compared with other hotels and the locations was perfect with a lot of amenities at a walking distance. Check in was poor as they migrated to a new system. We waited 15 mins as the first in the queue with no offer of a complimentary drink. The rooms need kettles. "Disappointing stay. Very small room and smelled musty with dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change our sheets 3x before it actually happened. Thankfully Ali helped us out and gave us a drink but still not enough to make up for the unpleasant experience of having to making this simple request multiple times. Same thing applied to the broken shades in our room. For the price paid, just not worth it. I’d book somewhere else."

"Had air conditioning and free tea and coffee and water in the lounge along with fridge and kettles in the room. We loved our stay and the area which had so many food options and a very close tube station. Rooms were updated and nice; just a little tighter space than expected based on photos and walls were a little thin so can hear between rooms/floors and people/staff in hallway. But overall a great stay and great value for area and price. Would recommend"

"The hotel’s location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from Waterloo Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around London and sightseeing.
Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was below expectations, with limited variety and quality compared to other hotels in a similar price range. The room layout was also quite unusual, with the toilet being completely separate from the sink and shower. While this may suit some guests, I found it impractical and less convenient for everyday...
