"Walkable environment, the property was within walking distance from restaurants, pubs, transportation and West End shows. The breakfast was was okay - I prefer eating outside the hotel.
Here were the cons:
I did not enjoy the customer service. When I asked for extra pillows, the staff told me that it wasn't there policy as they only have two pillows for each person. The pillows are very flat and provide no support.
I also asked for a water bottle for the room and the staff were very rude....
