"I made the reservation late and arrived at 9:40pm. The manager helped me to check in immediately and was very pleasant, I was very surprised to open the door to such a beautifully renovated room. The mattress was comfortable and a great sleep was a bonus, waking to a nice view and best breakfast experience that I've ever had. "

"Ocean views: IMMACULATE. Cannot stress this enough. Restaurant: amazing service and food, and benefits from the above views, at an even greater vantage point. The pool had water in it, which was enough for my kids and I. Change rooms were clean. That said, the room was stark, and not decorated. No rugs, no art, and twenty years behind on a reno. But worth it for the above, the phenomenal location, and the friendly staff. "

"I was planning to stay for over a week for work but upon checking in I was informed that the only elevator was broken (my room was on the 4th floor) and the pool was closed for maintenance for the week. I specifically booked the hotel as it had a kitchenette and the pictures showed a stove with oven but it was just two hot plates. "From the welcoming and helpful staff during check-in to using the mineral pools to the dining staff, our stay was a 10/10. A wonderful resort with excellent amenities and great eating options at The Snug pub and Faro pizza, not to mention the room overlooking the pools, this was an amazing place to stay."
