"Very few positive aspects. Out of the three front desk clerks, two of them were polite and helpful. Mattress was ok. Cleanliness of room was acceptable. Breakfast items were edible. Coffee was good. The location in Zionsville was convenient. Negative aspects include an extraordinarily surly, aggressive and unhelpful front desk clerk immediately upon arrival, very loud guests in the hallway at midnight hours for a long period of time, broken elevator trapped guests and required loud emergency...

"The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. But we tried to get out of our last night due to bad weather that canceled our baseball games for the following day. they would not refund us our last night they said that the hotel was full. Which made no sense, if the hotel was full and I was checking out early then our room is now opened and we went online in the hotel was not full. We could book plenty of rooms so the reason they gave us for not refunding our unused night made no sense."

"Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either...

"We enjoyed our stay! Had no issues! Staff was friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean and well kept!"

"Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there"

"The room was clean; bed was comfortable and the water hot for showers. Not much else. The hotel has limited check in and no general amenities such as in room coffee. It met our most basic needs for the say. The girl at the front desk was very friendly."

"Terrible experience. The customer service was among the worst I have encountered. The room was dirty, with broken doors and no hot water at all. The towels were extremely small, more like kitchen towels than bath towels. Breakfast offered very limited options, and the area did not feel safe. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The only thing wrong with this stay was that the pool was closed all weekend and we did not know about it ahead of time. The bed was awful, very uncomfortable. The rest of the stay was good. The staff were great, very friendly."
