"Hotel was in a good location, tube only a 15 min walk and close to arenas. This was probably the only good thing about the hotel, which is a complete let down as the pictures made it look lovely. "We recently stayed at this hotel. The location of the hotel is great if you want to be near restaurants and shops. When we stayed there London was experiencing a heatwave in the 89's and 90's. Shortly after checking in we realized there was no air conditioning in the room. There is air conditioning in the lobby. The room had two small table fans and the window only opened an inch or two. "All was good! I read reviews after booking this hotel and was slightly worried, but I shouldn’t have been, check in was good, room was ok, clean beds and bathroom, carpet does need a clean, but besides that would use hotel again, close to shops and train station ☺️"
