"I booked the hotel for 1 night. When i arrived at the hotel it was completely nasty. The fridge was dirty, the bathroom had hair in it, the beds had orange spots with hair on them. I didnt stay for the night i instantly booked a new hotel, the travelodge it was amazing! I expect a full refund on that hotel i couldn‘t even stay for the night. Horrible experience.."

"Was disappointed to find out long after booking that a "security deposit" was required. Had to comb through the listing because it's so well hidden - these things need to be way more prominent. Staff were friendly but a stupid policy of having to "hand write" my details on check-in was just annoying.
