No A/C, and the window only opens an inch. Not enough fresh air getting in the room. We spent a hot night with a loud fan running. Not a pleasant stay. Lodging in this part of the world needs to get into the 21st century and get some level of temperature control."

"Just an amazing stay! The staff was so helpful and personable from the time we made our reservation. The 6-7pm wine/social time was the icing on the cake. Even though the hotel is located in a very active nightlife area, we never were awakened (or even heard) any noise at all! Walkable to shopping, Albert Dock, several great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again when in Liverpool."

"I was fascinated by this hotel, it was super close to Liverpool Lime Street, super close to City Centre, it was clean and had excellent facilities including laundry room. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, the bathroom was great, very nice indeed. The hosts were always friendly and welcoming, I was able to store my luggage after check out free of charge. I would rent a room here again!"
