"Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. "Conveniently located to the ferry terminal and great scuba diving. Hotel was nice, food was good, and the resort is gig enough to have a variety of food options but not too huge. What prevents me from giving it a higher recommendation was the lack of staff support in solving a transportation problem. We booked a $250 hotel transfer from the Cozumel Palace to the Cancun airport…and the driver did not show up. The hotel said it was a 3rd party so not their issue, but would not remove the hotel...
