We stayed in a superior bungalow as a family of four (two adults, two teens) and had a wonderful experience. "This place is a birder’s paradise. They have every tropical habitat you could want on the back trails, and proper guides to spot the birds. "The hot tub did not work initially but after informing them, they fixed it fast. The breakfast left more to be desired. It was kind of skimpy unless you got the rice and beans. "Incredible property. Exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever been on a 5 star African safari this is the Costa Rican equivalent. Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. "
