"I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money."

"Had to stay overnight in London Heathrow with my kids. Found their cool family room, which it’s the first time i see bunk beds in a hotel room, Kids loved it and couldn’t beat the convenience of being this close to the airport. It took us 9 min from airport to hotel (terminal 5) and 5min from hotel to airport the next morning (terminal 3). I also very much appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom, it seemed recently renovated."
