"Amazing spacious room"

"Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer."

"The location of the property is good. However, the staff doesn't understand anything from customer service. They don't know how to treat you. Another problem is that they always close their entrace gate, and when you ring the door, you have wait for minutes for the door to be opened despite they see you outside."

"Didn’t even stay the night. If you picture a seedy American motel. You’re not far wrong. Do not stay here if you have suicidal thoughts. I saw my room and immediately asked for a refund, the girl said she understood and would let the manager know as she would have to process a refund. "Stylish Hotel with Super Convenient Location just 1 mins walk from the Rail Station"

"Stayed at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Coventry and honestly it does not live up to its 4 star rating. The outside looks quite run down and the area is just a busy residential street. Reception is decent, but after that things go downhill. Me and my friend booked together but were put on completely different floors. "Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. "

"The common areas of the hotel is tired and not the best and the rooms dated. I had an issue with the heating that meant I had to go to the reception to "try and have fixed". They kept saying they had reset the system, however, it didn't work and as the phone in the room didn't dial through to the reception, it was freezing in the night. I would not stay there again."
