"Super comfortable room above the pub with air conditioning (much needed this summer)!! Very clean and quiet with lots of coffee shops and Turkish eateries nearby. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens, Bayswater & Queensway tube stations and a bus station diagonally across the street. Glad to have a phone in the room as we needed to make some local calls. "My partner and me stayed for one night. This place has great potential but they need to work on several areas. It was very clean the room was very nice and the air con was spot on. Negatives breakfast. Yes it’s a bonus getting a breakfast in a London hotel but this was very poor. No hot water in morning so no shower which was very very disappointing. No explanation as to why . "Room needed more cleaning. Balcony not as per photo - only one chair & overgrown vegetation. Bath panel very high & a challenge to those with restricted mobility. The lift does not access the dining room which is in the basement & only accessible via narrow steep stairs - again a challenge to those with restricted mobility. No extractor fan in small bathroom & meant the mirror was useless after a shower/bath. The bath did not drain adequately after/ during a shower meaning you were shin deep in...
