"My “compact double” was huge, it had even a separate dressing space! The room must have been redone quite lately as everything was so nice and everything was kept very clean. Service was impeccable during my whole stay, in the bar, the breakfast and especially in the reception. The location is the best possible; by the sea and buses leave 50 m from the doorstep. The breakfast buffet bar simply groaned with a huge range of cold food and drinks and there was a good menu for cooked alternatives. "Have to say I was super impressed with this inn. First off, the rooms aren’t big but they are comfortable and the bathrooms are big for England. The bed linens were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Would come back for those alone but really the best part of the entire stay was the staff. Specifically David and Anja. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. "Fresh and clean, this apartment was perfect for a couple of nights stay. Arrival and departure were very easy. Close to everything in Brighton. Very comfortable. All slept brilliantly. In the attic so lots of steps to get to it but fine if fit and able. With two teenagers it was ideal for two nights but might need more space if staying for longer. Nice towels, bedding, little extras. "
