"It was a nice hotel as you entered the driveway was nicely block paved it was just off the carriageway as you turned to the right it was a twenty minute walk to the train station the hotel reception area was good the hotel was clean and breakfast was good value at ten euro the train into Düsseldorf took about seven minutes all round it was nice place to stay."

I was left outside in cold and rain unable to gain access as I should have been sent a code or instructions on how to enter. Dispute several calls a pacing around the property i had no response. I was left cold wet and stranded. Left no choice than to find another hotel as close as possible to get a room for the night which I did at twice the cost and another taxi to the new hotel! "Room was spacious, there was no air conditioning or portable fan so in the warm weather it got quite hot. One of our rooms was located on the Main Street which was quite noisy. But the room on the car park side was really quiet. The receptionist was so helpful and helped us out several times, the lift was quite small so if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to carry it up stairs or run up the stairs to meet the lift with your luggage. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area. "

"Hotel ligt aan een kruispunt met verkeerslichten, die ook 's nachts werken. Er stond 1 stoel op de kamer, we kregen er een tweede bij. Met warme zomerse nachten wil je graag een raam openzetten, maar door verkeersgeluid kon dat niet. Voor het ontbijt moet je buiten omlopen, maar het ontbijt op zich is goed. Geen Nederlandse televisiezenders. De betaling lukte niet met creftkaarten bankpassen. Hebben via internetbankieren betaald."
