"The room was clean but small. When we made the booking it said £20 per stay for our dog but we got charged £25 per night. Lovely walk into Henley on Thames though and we got parked ok at the hotel"

"Lovely people, clean room but the room was sooooo hot and the towel rail was permanently on. No way of switching it off. The fan in the room was also a bit dodgy with the lead."
