"Lovely smaller property than some of the oversized hotels around the area. Staff were always polite, smiling and helpful. Even the house keeping wasn't a bother if you didn't require any new towels or bins to be emptied that day. Pool area was exceptionally clean. The food was as to be expected, but having multiple meat and fish options aswell as the usual options was really nice. "We booked Rickaty Lodge due to a change in our flight details which meant an additional day in Gran Canaria. The hosts are friendly and the room very clean. We were able to get a transfer form the Lodge to our hotel in Maspalomas with one of the hosts which was very comfortable and convenient. "
