"The hotel was wonderful! At check in we were severely disappointed. The lady who checked us in was beyond rude and was the worst check in my wife and I ever experienced. If I hadn’t planned a 4 night stay we would have left and went elsewhere. Other than the horrible experience with the check in lady everything else was perfect. The location, rooms, breakfast, internet, housekeeping, amenities, it was great besides that staff member that check us on and that is the first impression of a stay...
