The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to Junction 2 on the M5, with Aldi right beside it and Asda opposite. Plus, it's just a five-minute walk to shopping and restaurants."

"Our stay was excellent. All the staff are exceptional from the moment we arrived. From the reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff & cleaners they all welcomed us. They always had a smile and treated us with respect. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious with a good selection. Although the hotel is close to a busy road it did not disturb us at all. The bed was comfortable. We will certainly be back. Thank you. "

"Stayed here a few nights and enjoyed it. Air conditioning working as it should but missed being able to open a window to get some air. Bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. Amazing shower and loved how the bathroom is configured. Parking is £15 per night and is valid up till midnight even when checking out. Breakfast was ok, caters for everyone. Yeah I would stay here again."
