"First room I was issued was very dated and filthy. Stains up the walls and all round in poor condition. I was moved to another room after complaining which was much better, however starting to show its age.
Staff however really need to learn how to smile. Unfriendly vibes from all but one team member."

"We visited over Father’s Day and the only disappointing aspect was that a number of items on the menu were unavailable at breakfast. Presumably because of how busy they were but I think they should have been prepared. The room was clean and well equipped. There was sufficient parking. The staff were helpful in the hotel and accommodating when we requested a ground floor room."

"We stayed in the main building where is obvious it is under renovation, (should probably be disclosed when booking). The room was spacious with a lovely big bed, issue was it was nearly 30° when we stayed and there was no air con in the room just a dusty tower fan and a window that only opened a jar. Also the lighting in the room is poor, I had to put a flash light over the 1 full length mirror to do my make up to go out.
When we arrived at the hotel check in was easy enough but it is at 4pm...

"The rooms are clean but lack basics. No water in the rooms.
You cannot get food after 10pm.
The jacuzzi is designed to kill you. There is so much chlorine it feels like a gas chamber. Its awful. Its supposed to be relaxing but you leave crying. The sauna and steam rooms are great. The swimming is good and perfect temperature. I asked one of the staff to reduce the amount of chlorine but she just said its not my job. She looked like the cleaner. The lady at the spa Danielle was just great. She...
