"Outside of property very run down. Paint peeling and weeds all over car park and outside spaces. Outdoor pool doesn’t look like it’s been in use for years, filthy water probably built up rain water and rotten leaves in it.
Inside hotel old fashioned but kept clean, large room but sealant around bath taps black in several place's.
Staff friendly, didn’t use indoor pool so can’t comment on it.
My room definitely didn’t look like the photos!

"Awful.. Small boat visitors accommodation!
This Awful place is like a hotel for immigrants, though they probably lost their licence due to it infringing their human welfare rights!
They have squeezed as many rooms as possible in the space, with corridors like a rat run that you can barely walk through! Rooms are small smelly and hot, the toilets are in barely enough space to fit an average bum on? (no good for Americans) There is not enough water pressure for the shower to work.. And a shelf...

"The room served it's purpose in the sense that there was a bed and a shower but there was no breakfast at all despite saying that it was served on their website. Furthermore, there was no bar even though there was signs for a bar.
There was both an indoor and outside pool but the outside pool was closed and the indoor pool opened at 10am which is the time that you are going out to explore the area. Our bathroom door lock was a bit dodgy when you attempted to lock it on the inside, my partner...

"We didn’t stay! The building was very rundown and communal areas were dirty and it had furniture stacked about the place and nothing like the pictures. The communal toilets were filthy.
