"easily the best place I've stayed this year. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, and everything exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the whole hotel felt well run and inviting. Fantastic value for money in a great location. I'll definitely be staying here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The place was very rundown we had no plug in bathroom sink, it was very noisy at night, no hair dryer, only one towel and the room needed decorating. The room wasn't serviced.We had to go and ask for tea bags and milk ect."

The staff at the check in desk were friendly and approachable. Kitchen was closed for refurbishment but we found nice places nearby to eat from. Our room had a lovely river view. The best choice to spend the time on holiday or sray near the sea, definetly will recommend it and visit again."
