"Great location next to the river, friendly and efficient staff. Enjoyed the singer on Friday evening. Food was good, plentiful selection for breakfast. Despite the provision of a fan the room was still hot. In an ideal world it would benefit from Aircon A small fridge/mini bar would also be a useful addition."

"Lovely country pub with accommodation. Room was very comfortable and clean with good quality linen. Dinner was well priced with large servings. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with good quality ingredients. Only criticism is that there were no breakfast options for children. Perhaps some cereal on offer would go along way for kids or even just a simple boiled egg with soldiers. Thanks for a lovely safe stay!"
