"The hotel was functional, all the basics were there, not luxuriously glamourous, but I don't want that. It was all clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was good, but the self-service area was too small for such crowds of people, especially for wheelchair users who were having difficulty to manoeuvre in the narrow space.
I arrived at 1.00am, late due to train holdups, and would have liked something to eat, but there were no snacks available.
I enjoyed my stay, and would stay again."

"Even though the hotel was clean and well maintained, I found the entrance difficult to find and also a lack of parking which required parking my vehicle at a parking garage in the city about three blocks away. At night returning from there back to the hotel, I felt uneasy as there were some shady individuals in that area."

"My fault entirely for not staying at a more airport based hotel
We chose this hotel so we could do a bit of swimming before heading away for the weekend
The pool is advertised at closing at 1030 but when we arrived the lady checking us in said last swim for children was 7
It’s not easily visable - the key information you are sent on the hotel says 1030 so my teenage son and I couldn’t swim
The bathroom doors aren’t soft close they spring shut very loudly o sorted this by putting a towel...

"Overall very satisfactory, but let down by the lack of a thermostatic mixer valve on the over bath shower, so that water temperature fluctuated between freezing cold and scalding hot. This is a safety issue that needs to be addressed."

"The pod of screens to sign yourself in when you arrive is not very welcoming but staff very helpful and dealt with this. Decent size car park now chargeable all week (contra information in room which suggested Fri night to Sun are free - apparently out of date). Decennt breakfast sensibly priced if you scan the code in your room beforehand. Restaurant/room service stops by 9:30 which was inconveniently early.
If you can avoid room 101 which is right by the lift shaft and noisy. Would stay...

"Staff were brilliant and very helpful
Food was great coffee excellent.
Not so keen on swimming pool been were everyone can look in and the room was very dated and warm, the fan hardly worked and we had a disabled room as there wasn’t anything separate the toilet and shower so water went all over the toilet. It’s was one night so we just got on with it.. but food and staff were excellent."
