"Did not like that no one answers the phone at front desk. Also room was clean but incomplete in the sense the it had no toilet paper and the inconvenience of having to go get it since no one answered the phone. "

"This hotel is not for everyone but if you want to have the feel of living in Old San Juan, in an older eclectic apartment, then look no further! We had our own private balcony with a tub. Yes it’s on the 4th floor, but the stair climb daily was just added exercise. We had the best, relaxing anniversary trip. Oh and COMPLIMENTARY BAR actually means COMPLIMENTARY! An inviting bar, with friendly service that cost you nothing more to enjoy! "
