"We loved our stay. The location was brilliant. It’s just across the road from the Albert dock and took only between 5-10 minutes to walk into Liverpool one. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Rooms were quiet, could only hear people shutting their doors. Couldn’t hear any noise from neighbours. Our only negative point was the beds are so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a brick wall"

"Excellent hotel, and the staff were all very helpful, friendly and polite. Our stay was fantastic. The hotel has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which we were able to use for a small extra. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. It is a dated hotel though, so the bathroom wasn't great (our shower had poor pressure as the taps kept running even with the shower on) and the rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Breakfast is only til 9 too so a bit rushed in the morning."
