"We booked this place as a last minute booking, so we didnt know what to expect. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. We managed to park at the back of the building. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. It was very hot though as the heating was on, but once turned off, the room went much cooler. "This was a little hidden gem that we will definitely return to. It was a wonderful base and the shared facilities- bathrooms and kitchen, was perfect with little extras like snacks and hot drinks to help yourself to. It was a couple of minutes walk to bus stops, Lidl, convenience stores, Dominoes Pizza and take away. It was about 15 mins to the station and the start of the walk into town. "Awful beds are uncomfortable springs hanging out dipping in, wifi is shocking, states free car parking there is none dont be fooled! No hot water for a shower, more power in a hose pipe. Unclean, awful place to stay. £60 deposit, left small stain on sheet and was charged £20 out of deposit for this when the stain would of come out in the wash! Scammers becare; Avoid all costs. "
