"The location was great since I was attending an event at the convention center across the street. Staff were friendly and respectful with the exception of one lady. On my last day, I kept my luggage behind the counter so I could enjoy the city a little more. When I came back, the female staff said, “do you see your luggage? Then go get it.” This took me off guard as it was quite unprofessional. Otherwise, the other staff were respectful and friendly. "

"The staff were very helpful with early checkin, and storing our luggage on our last day. They were very attentive and wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. The property is an easy walk to the French Quarter and has multiple bus routes and a streetcar line right in front of the hotel. The room was really large with a desk, couch and had a full size fridge. Small pool and fitness rooms. Excellent breakfast with a huge buffet. Highly recommended."

"We were here last week and stayed for 5 nights. This was by far the best staff I have ever encountered on vacation. They were friendly from the time I walked through the door to the time we left to come home. The room was so quaint, clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We stayed in a courtyard balcony room and I would highly recommend this. We did not hear any noise from Bourbon street on this side of the hotel. "This is a great hotel! It’s connected to the Ritz-Carlton and they share amenities — including the bar where there’s a live jazz band every night at 8 PM. The atmosphere is amazing! The only thing to note is that if you’re not familiar with the city, the surrounding area might feel a little rough at first, but it’s within easy walking distance to everything. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again!"
