"Really loved our stay. Room is clean and super comfortable space. The bed was firm and all clean. Location is amazing, we were on Bourbon street so a bit louder but it’s a vibe!"

"Decent location on Canal. Quiet rooms available. Nice restaurant connected. Our room had a tub which was slick as glass causing me to slip and fall. Therefore I can not recommend this hotel unless you press this issue."

"Great location easy to walk to a lot of popular areas. Room was spacious with very comfortable bed. Hydration station was a big plus."

"Rooms are small, no closet or place to hang clothes, but that was ok, given the age of the building that is to be expected. Valet parking staff at night was rude. The biggest issue for me however, was there was fraudulent activity from the hotel on my credit card. They charged over $3,500.00 to my credit card several times, after trying to deposit a different amount to my credit card. This caused me to spend hours of my vacation on the phone with my credit card company. This issue (which was entirely caused by the hotel) was very poorly handled by staff. I was made to feel like it was my fault, and that I was trying to keep their funds. If you go to this beautiful historic hotel, proceed with caution!"

"This hotel is located in the perfect spot for our needs. Close to Bourbon St and Canal St. as well as easy access to streetcars. The room was a bit tired and in need of a refresh. The staff here is wonderful! We especially appreciated our concierge King! He is an absolute wealth of knowledge. EVERY bit of advice he gave was spot on. I would stay here again. "
